No Refunds, All sales final. 

 

All items are hand-made in the order they are recieved, therefore the processing time needed to complete your order will vary between 2 business days or up to 4 weeks. Due to all items being hand-made and custom made to order, please be patient and allow the alloted time necessary to process and ship your order.  You will receive an email with tracking details once your order ships.

Due to the time and process of hand-making each item and due to Covid health/safety, we have a strict No returns policy on all items. All sales are final. 

Exhanges may be granted if any items are damaged upon arrival, we invite you to open a claim with us by sending photos via email of any damages to Contact@sararose.shop within 24 hours of receiving the item.
We will respond to your email within 48 hours to settle your claim.

EXPEDITED OPTION:
If you'd like to inquire about possibly having your order expedited sooner for an additional fee, please email contact@sararose.shop and be sure to provide your name and order number. We will correspond about available processing and shipping options. All sales are final. No refunds.

For Photoshoot Party RSVP Ticket orders:
All sales are final. No refunds or credits will be honored for any reason.
